Yes! PSLE IS OVER.....

Today is the last day for PSLE! Ha..... Julian is free, mommy is free, all of us are free! Just now Vivian called and told me a great news of which she had been worried so badly this morning--- she passed the English subject! E Math passed! A math passed with flying colour! Physics passed! Geogrophy failed with 0.5 mark! Sooooo pity! That's for today, but the other subjects are quite OK! As for Julian, I am glad that she had become a more responsible and independent person in her study! During preparing for PSLE, it just like to watch THE LORD OF RING I II III! We were very unconfident in the beginning! Then we got more confident when we have Odelia to be our tutor. We worked hard together, we trusted and prayed for each others! Thank Lord for you are always stand by us. I knew that she must had met high presure in teaching my daughters as she'd bear a heavy duty in improving their English subject- especially in writing. Well, now we have seen the good results, it's awesom! Glory to the Lord! Jia you!

2008 PSLE

Wow, the PSLE is around the corner! Julian will attend PSLE tomorrow!! Well, she is ready to gain a battle! I have been reminded her to follow the 4-steps: read the question carefully, answer the question completely, manage the test time equally, and be sure to go around all answers cautiously! I am sure that she will pass the exam with flying colour! Go, Julian, go for the goal! Love ya!!^-^

Who will marry Singaporean Man

The talkshow last night was discussing about: Why there are so many Singaporeans couldn't meet their Mr/Miss right? The survey shown that most Singaporen man would rather to marry a foreign bride- most of them are mainland Chinese,Vietnamese, Indonesian, Philipino and Cambodian than Singaporean woman! They thought most of Singaporean women were too focus 0n their careers, they are very indepandent, well-educatd and straight forwards personality- these should be a plus in the past, but now these are almost minus during seeking their Mr. Right! As for my simple opinion, most of Singaporean men are westernized ( half- Chinese),pragmatical and inconsiderate. One of my Singaporean male friend told me that usually Singaporean men like to dating with a beautiful girl, but finally they would marry another practical one!
How pragmatical of Singaporean men! The talkshow program invited 3 gests: one former Miss Singapore Ms. Lo, a businesswoman Ms. Chiu and a corporation employee Ms. Ng. They are aged thirty plus. They all have been dated with some guys ( at least two or more), but finally broke up!! They thought this have been wasted too many years in their life. The host asked them one interesting question: do you mind to dating with a a younger guy? The answer is possitive. And another question is regarding the income. Two of them refused to dating with lower-incom. They expected to marry a man with minum income from S$2000 - 5000/per month. Of course, women are willing to date with a healthy, wealthy man?! Hope they will meet their Mr. Right in the near future soon!!^-^

Daddy came home!

Ha! Our dear dad Cap. Mickey came home on Monday evening. Actually he just left to TWN one day ago, but soon he came home via the cargo flight - jumbo 747-400! No fuel charge, no parking tkt, and he could flew home as easy as taking a taxi! Well, he made a schedule changed w/ the others as for he planed to carry some NTD cash here to pay the down payment for our new dream house. However, the plan was disturbed by the Typhoon Chiang-Wei!! All banks and
schools off on Monday!! Ha...ha...you will never know.....Funny, right? The name Chiang-Wei as same as our two daughter's! A very stromy and powerful one! Today's exchage rate is lower than 1:22.60, it's a good news for me! ^-^

Wow, a storm in the US stock market...

The Lehman Brothers filed bankruptcy protection on Sep 15! It just like a nuclear bome exploded in the Wallstreet and the stock markets all over the world! The Lehman Brothers stock price down 97% within a day, now it's only USD0.93! I am glad that I have no any stock in hand except the bonus given by the company. But it 's now only left NTD9.- ( it used to be around NTD15.- months ago!) Who care!! According to this theory, to own a property is more reliable than holding the stock in hand! You never know when the value will be remained just like a sheet of WALL paper!! Right?! Save moneys for my dream house!

Vivan lost her handphone

Vivian lost her handphone last night! She remembered she put it on the desk during the A-math
lesson. The last time she used it was receiving a msg from her junior. She was quite sure that
she did leaved it on the desk. When she noticed that the handphone was not with her, she went back to the tuitioin center right away, but, it was close!! We tried to call the number, but no answer! Then we call Singtel to suspend the line. The staff was quite helpful. She told us that we may suspended the line for 4 weeks and it can be reinstated anytime for free. If we confirmed lost the
handphone, then just go to the Hello store to apply a new sim card with the same number and it also free of charge. Wow, it was the only one lucky news we've got till now. Now just wait and see
weather we may get it back on Wednesday's A-math lesson. But I think the answer is NO!
